About the 4th Avenue Suite/house

Historic main home in Armory Park. 2 bedroom/2 bath with living and dining room. The rental has a fridge/freezer and microwave but does not have a full kitchen. We do offer this rental as a one bedroom/one bath online and we ask guests to contact us directly to reserve the 2nd bedroom/bathroom for an additional fee. This nice option allows guests to have additional amenities without the expense of the additional second bedroom and bathroom unless desired. Period decor with hardwood floors. The bedrooms have queen beds and individual private bathrooms. Large dining room and living room for family gatherings or to enjoy a movie. There is a historic (non-functional) fireplace in the living room. Large covered porch with seating area facing 4th Avenue and a short walk to the heart of downtown Tucson!
