This Historic home on the property is pure vintage luxury. This is composed of 2 separate living spaces which both having private entrances & bathrooms. The first rental is the Downtown House which is a one bedroom/one bath rental with living and dining room as well as a fully equipped kitchen. The expansive dining room is great for family gatherings and the gorgeous living room area is perfect to spend time with the family.
The second rental which is next door but with a private entrance is next to the downtown house, it is called the Fountain view which has one-of-a-kind furniture pieces with a massive bathroom and original claw tub & walk in shower. Period decor with refinished 1896 hardwood floors. It has an Outdoor patio with seating facing the courtyard with lush foliage including a large fountain and firepit.
